Pilot plants, for laboratory scale synthesis of polymers, or built for other type of chemical processes, in accordance to our customer specific requests.
No limit in volume, that can start from 1 liter reactors or even lower, and no limit in pressure design, that can be up to 100 bar and more.
Our standard, universal pilot plant is generally composed as follows, and is built with a capacity of 25 or of 70 useful liters (geometric volume of reactor is 40 or 100 liters):

Design conditions:
Temperature: -20 / +350 °C (or as rquested, design temperature can vary depending on chemistry involved)
Volume: from 1 liter up to 1 m3 (for polymers standard is 20 or 70 liters)
Pressure: full vacuum / +6 barg (or as requested, construction according to PED)
Construction materials: Stainless steel AISI 316, AISI 304
or other corrosion resistan alloys, upon requests
Thermoregulation groups composed of heat exchangers, (operating with diathermic oil, steam or cooling water)
double circulation pumps, interception and control valves.
PC / PLC SCADA systems, electronic or pneumatic instrumentation for a turn-key plant.
